Why do demons sometimes come back after deliverance?
Jesus said, "Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. “Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. “Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation.” (Matthew 12:41-45).

I fell back into sin last night and the holy spiritual condemned me and I felt soo guilty that a cried out to the lord and confessed and was worried about Demond’s coming back in me. Same here just last night I fell into sin that I’ve I had gotten over for sometime, I felt so weak and guilty. I was praying and repenting even in my sleep. I just don’t wanna go back to my old ways. Pray for me.

Just the message I was looking for , I was scared because God delivered me a year ago . The devil kept reminding me that I might not be truly free after all. But I am encouraged and I know I am free and I am a child of God
When you had a demon, did you habitually sin because the demon influenced you? And also after your deliverance did you still sin in the same way habitually?

If am deliveried I feel weak
I have been asking the true meaning of this scripture for 2 months and I have been given different answers. My reason for asking is because I was terrified of them coming back 7 x worse. I also said to myself and a couple others " why would God have a spiritual law like this?" (My thinking was why would there be a consequence like this to a person who gets demons cast out?) (I was also saying to myself Jesus did not go around warning people of this when He cast demons out of them. Not once and this never made since to me. I had demons cast out of me last night and I was freaking out thinking if I dont live almost perfect then demons will come back 7 x worse. (yes, I know only Jesus lived the perfect life but you get my meaning) Then this morning I went to google something different and this video came up. At first I did not believe it but after your detailed breakdown of this scripture I totally agree that you are correct. I REALLY truly see you are correct! You are very wise and Jesus is so awesome to comfort me like He just did with this video. Thank you Jesus! Vlad, you are very wise. What did you feel after your deliverance? I got delivered tonight but after I felt empty and dizzy and nauseous and some part of me feels like they’re not fully gone. I usually feel something go in me instead of something come out also the person delivering me prayed for me to get the baptism of the Holy Spirit after but i felt like i wasn’t ready but I tried anyways did the whole step but I didn’t receive it. Now I’m concerned because there no Holy Spirit protecting me

Without this understanding, Christians who may sin find themselves condemning themselves after they have sinned, and believe the torment of sin is their portion. I’ve heard that particular scripture taught in a way that condemns the Christian, but what it done was imply that the Christian who fell, could never experience true deliverance. I am still confused can someone help me to understand? If holy spirit is in us how can evil spirits dwell INSIDE of us? I understand they can oppress us and influence our thoughts but why must they be called out of us? Shouldn't they just be demanded to leave us alone and depart our presence? Why call them OUT if they can't be inside of us? Thanks
In my own life, I experienced more oppression because I stopped believing that I was ALREADY healed. I fell into the old way of thinking, believing that I was restricted by the enemy. Lack of faith can cause demons to come back. A demon was never driven out of me, but I did have a truth encounter thru deliverance ministry. I was a Christian when this happened.
Was I still a Christian when I stopped going to church..focusing on God etc? I was saved at the age of 8 but around 17 years old I stopped being strong in faith and always continued believing but stopped being an active Christian. I've only recently tried getting closer to God again and prayed to be a born again Christian. Also got deliverance prayer at church.

I was delivered by Jesus alone at home. It was scary but effective. I was baptized and was living a holy life. Slowly I began smoking marijuana again and commuting sexual sin. I now hear chains behind me as I did prior to the demon taking over. Please pray for me that I can stop my wicked life style and return to Christ.
