I've done 7 days this is my first 21 day. I have went through stages, struggling hungry and tired and my mind was foggy at day 7 I was worried then I prayed and God said he would sustain me through it. I'm feeling much better today.

I need to grow up in faith and spiritual endurance while fasting. I'm sick and tired of being a baby Christian
I've failed a lot, broke fastings... but I'll keep trying until I succeed..in Jesus name.

was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!!

I've been feeling very week and had to switch to a Daniel fast.
Yet, what I have noticed is that I am becoming more attune to the spiritual realm. I also started noticing that God is revealing areas and people frim my past that may have been string holds in my life. This has helped me to renounce many thise strongholds and allow me to be free and ignited in Jesus!!
How do you get de attached to your people from past? I get reminded of them and then I feel grateful that they are not part of my life now. Am I going in right direction? Right now I am struggling with past people and faith. Though I know God will take care of everything.
@ankita_ekka I believe that is the first step, but we need to renounce the ungodly soulties as well so that they no longer have control over our lives and as God word says, be filled with the Holy Spirit that we may be able to fight off the attacks of the enemy.

Ooh ouch Pastor ! 🥴 Holy Spirit just reminded me about a conversation we had years ago. He said I can be spiritually blunt, like a blunt force object that hits people on the head (with my words) 🥴 Now, only years later, do I really understand that. First 21 day fast here. Longest before is 5-6 days. Day 1 - felt normal Day 2-5 - transitioned to fasting mode, enjoyable cause so much tangible change. Day 6-8 - coasting, feeling good, but was blessed to be able to rest most of the day. Day 9-10 working again, harder in the morning to not have sad countenance but afternoon/evenings my emotions perk up.
Weight from 207->190. 207->197 in the first two days so lots of carb/Creatine weight.
1:32 praise God!! I DID lose that edge once and it scared me and I was miserable! I became bitter! I’m so thankful I reached out and He sharpened me again!

I decided to start fasting again this year and was praying for my grandma at 3am (who has been bedridden for 5 years) and she ended up passing on the 28th, please pray for me my family. Peace and comfort is what we need, however I won’t stop fasting and praying because the enemy won’t stop preying on us.

First fast was 11 days! Late starting, on day 3.
Adding a little fresh lemon to my water, helping to absorb the vitamins.
I think it's not good to take lemon juice in empty stomach. Because it has citric acid. Better you take some glucose.

Thank you brother Vlad ! I needed to hear these words of encouragement, I found God not religion ! 15 years ago in prison. I live in a very small town in Utah where because of my dreams I know this is where my God has planted me. Besides dreams of arrows landing around me (people gossip, talking bad about me)my dreams are all good dreams of advancement of being elevated, yet I am rejected by the town folks and even by the pastors in the small Christian Church that I have attended for 60 years. I am not complaining, I know the trials I'm going through draws me closer to himself and keeps my edge sharp.
