I have played alto for about a month (1 year experience with bari) and I (think) I can play this quite well so if he puts his mind to it i bet he can play it!

Love this version for alto. Thank you. Would love to see an alto sax version of La Mentira. Beautiful Spanish song but only tenor version accompaniments available. It’s an older standard tune similar to Besame Mucho.

I have a question: in one measure, you used the C7 chord and improvised with the notes Eb, Db, Ab, and Bb, where only Bb is part of the chord, yet they all sounded great. How can this be explained? For a beginner, it’s hard to understand.
Honestly what would make it super easy in all of your videos if you did exactly what you are doing but put a split screen in the side of with the notes being played sharps and flats included and just match it with the rhythm of the piece now THAT WOULD BE SOME NEXT LEVEL SHIT 🎉
