Just make sure you’re pairing it with lightweight rods no matter what power to save yourself some fatigue on the water. Other than it occasionally being a bit more heavy as with some rods, it’s probably the best reel I’ve ever owned.

M and MH rod works well with Scorpion DC. If you use smaller minnows, crankbaits, M is better choice
