According to your method
n =km
Because
You added
o(G)= o(H)+o(Ha1) + o(Ha2).....+ o(Hak)
Then it should be
n = m + m.k
n=(m+1)k
But you write it
n=mk

👍, yes u r correct , here I shouldn't include H,
o(G)=o(Ha1)+o(Ha2)+..........o(Hak),
Because there are k distinct right coset, and H will be one of those:)
