Good job. Designing PCBs never gets old.

May it be possible, that the traces on the board arent 'correctly' aligned on a grid?
(For this Circuit it wont change the functionality, but it looks nicer, if they're alligned on a grid with 45° and 90° angles. If the layout starts changing the functionality, eg. because you have HF-Signals on your board, you should rather use round 'edges', but that's nothing for beginners.

Why you use NPN transistors as emitter followers and not use them as simple switches?

They are just Switches, The emitter of the Transistor goes to the anode of a LED
      Thanks for watching!

it ok to make mistakes and then learn on it.
      1) In your circuit NPN transistors work as amplifiers not like switches. Voltage on transistor emitter in emitter follower scheme never exceed voltage on base. So if you try switch 12 volt load in that way it will not work (because in emitter follower scheme voltage on emitter follow voltage on base and it equal voltage applied to base subtract pn junction voltage) . More proper way use NPN as low-side switches.
      2) As I see you use common current limiting resistor it definitely error. Every led (or led string) need it own current limiting resistor. In your schematic brightness of leds depends on how many are switch on at the moment.

@@sairus6055 Thank-you For explaining! I will do some investigation the subject!
