Reef Dork, you’re the reason I started saltwater hobby. I watched your video how to set it up for £182. That made me convert my freshwater tank into saltwater. I have a 160 litre tank thats almost 4ft. Got a pair of Maroon Clownfish and a Dwarf Fuzzy Lionfish. Got two grammas however one will be re-homed once I’m able to catch it lol.
Great video! what power heads are you using in your tank? my tank is of a similar size and looking for a small but powerful option that wont break the bank.
Could I possibly ask what substrate you changed to on this? I also have a cade nano tank and currently I use the caribsea live sand the same as you used first, it now just gets blown around the tank and I’m looking to change it 😊
Yeah I took that sand out straight away - I ended up using something from my lfs like this www.fishkeeper.co.uk/fishkeeper-substrate-coral-sand-coarse-2
Hi ReefDork, would you mind d posting the different corals you have please? I have gsp, duncan and Clove polyps currently but looking into add some more.
Yeah I pulled that rock out last month and cut a load off but it's already grown back! Because I potentially have a parasite in the water I can't sell it or give it away so I just throw it away at the moment. No other choice...

Tank looks amazing!! Do you feed any of the corals? The growth is fantastic
Nope, no coral feeding
For my fellow Americans: A fortnight is a period of 14 days, or two weeks
Americans don't say fortnight?! Learn something new every day!
How did I not know that 😂
Oh yeah American here 👋
I didn’t know Americans don’t use the word fortnight 😮

AI Nero 5s but Jecod SLW-20s are similar for much less money.

@ really appreciate it! Loving the Cade series! And it’s looking great 😀
Am I not reading my calender the correct way or are you a timetraveler?
😅 What do you mean??
@@ReefDork Reads like December 24th and August 24th instead of December 2024...
@@SpikeP100 Ah! That's the the British way...

@mattferris3614 Jack O'Lantern Leptoseris, bizarro cyphastrea, blastos, favia, fascination favia, Duncan, acans, GSP, trumpet coral, psammacora
Looks killer I’m having the same problem you’re about to with that GSP rock where it just grows in the sand bed. How do you manage that?

What are the green coral named the really big one, beginners here.
The 2 big greenies in my tank are green star polyps and trumpet corals. You're probably talking about the GSP...
@ ah ok thank you love the vids btw
