There is a lot that one agrees with in this presentation. However one needs to point out that the source of information about the beginning cannot be attributed to Jethro, even though we know from from the Bible that certain lessons especially on leadership Moses got from Jethro. My reasons are as follows there are accounts of events that took place before Adam and after Adam that can only be disclose by God of someone who spend time with God. There is no such record of such in the Bible, the only documented accout is that of Moses spending 40 days and nights with God talking to as a friend will talk with his friend. To me is is the only part of the Bible from which we can make a logical deduction that God was the only source of that information that was unique to HIM and Adam. Beside that point the presentation is factual and highly informative.

My dear brother, not sure what bible you are reading. The bible surely is not African history, it is Hebrew Israelites history. Africans, Hamites, Pharaoh created for one purpose, destruction, to show the Most High god's might, as Esau, so called white people, were created for the same purpose.
Romans 9:17

In Christ, there is salvation for both Jew and gentile, to the Jew first then the gentile. God has a chosen people, who's inheritance was in god before the foundation of the world. These people not gentiles, will rule all nations, they have first dominion of the kingdom of god.
