I’m really curious about these scenic highways. I watched a video of the Million $ highway and realized very quickly into the video that I would not be able to drive my small Class C, due to rock overhangs. That Class C is a big ole box, even if it’s only 25ft. Do you think that would also be true of the Bear Tooth highway?
25 feet would be ok. Trailer breaks and patience. Also empty tanks.
@Road trip Lover. Speaking as someone who travels that highway yearly, do not take your RV on the highway. There are hairpin turns and when there is oncoming traffic, it gets dangerous! I speak from experience. I appreciate these guys and their videos but I advise against it!!
I’ve taken a hybrid 21 travel trailer with a 4Runner from Red Lodge into Yellowstone. It was fine but I almost overturned the trailer coming out of a pull out because of the drop off.
