► Thank you so much for being here, every single one of you is appreciated!
Had to watch your earlier videos while waiting for more Holey Goat videos, I’ve got a 75 L83 if I took it on a long trip like that I’d be in traction for a few weeks. Lol
I've done more comfortable things that's for sure!
Very interesting to go back and watch some of your early videos. Still enjoying them, crack on Dalton!
You're a brave man to travel this far back. These are pretty awful
Lol.....thats exactly what I was doing after watching the latest video. Thought I'd start at the very beginning and this one is a gem!!!!!....I'm having a great time.
I totally agree.
Pay no mind to me… just watching some of the early stuff I have yet to see. Really, these aren’t bad.
Man I think they're terrible but thank you
@@PoleBarnGarage I can definitely see you’ve advanced. But, I occasionally make them and mine are terrible I have no idea what I’m doing. I know it takes a TON of time to do them to the level you are now I just don’t have the passion to do it … yet
That is the first square body quad cab Ive ever seen with a short box on it. Or shorter than the one on VGG that is for that matter. I love it.
It's still an 8' bed, just single wheel, kinda odd
very nice to enjoy some old vids!
I love the smell of that area! It smells like money! I’m usually going through there at night so I forget how big those feed yards are. It’s unmistakeable.
By the way, interesting use of a Vette Jacket!
Thanks so much for sharing all the beautiful views from the trip. Probably the only way I'll ever see it.
Now that you got rain-x you won't see another drop
My husband commented he liked your hair cut in this vid and I have to agree! Good look on ya! We are just binging your vids. We’ve almost watched them all.
These are pretty rough ones!
@@PoleBarnGarage LOL You’ve come along way though and you do a great job with your videos and editing!! We really enjoy your vids and your personality 🥰 great watch when life’s stressful 😆
Good looking car
MAN I DID MISS A FEW OLDER VIDEOS FROM DAYS GONE BY...WELL LOOKING BACK THE BETTER LIFE WAS WITH U BACK THEN N U FOUND THE OLD CABINS FOR 45 BUUX...CANT N HAPPY AND RICH UNLESS U KNOW HOW TO REST ALONG THE ROAD TOO....GREAT TIMES HAD BY ALL WITH SMOOTH SAILING MOST DAYS OF ROAD TRIPPING...GOD BLESS ROAD TRIPS FOR PUTTING LIFE IN PERSPRCTIVE ...HEY LIFE IZ GOOD....AMEN
I mean this in a friendly suggestion way, typing in all caps is considered yelling online.
I mistakenly oiled the pivot ball in my C3 side view mirror before (big mistake made it droop like your LH mirror) and decided to flush it out with brake cleaner to see if I could get it to cause enough friction to hold again. It worked for me. Luckily there was enough pitting and maybe even some powdering of the pot metal to kinda let it jam into a position making it useful. Or buy some re-pops like I eventually did, that works too!
Was the place really that empty?
I was expecting to see a bigger crowd.
It was pretty full to my recollection, took like 2 hours to get in
Just another guy looking at your older videos...Started out who's that guy, then Hey that's Dalton he cleaned himself up.... waiting to see what you look like at the end.
Seeing this kind of video makes me wanna get my 74 out and take her for a long drive.
I had a blast on that trip. C3 is an excellent road car
Must be an early one. Yard is looking pretty empty. So what got you started doing this? It's nice to see what you do in your garage. I'm a big supporter of "good enough".
Nice to see you have the (optional) passenger wing mirror on. Did your T-tops leak at all? And have they leaked since you owned the car?
They leak horribly bad like all of them lol
Slowly making my way through your old videos as well lol
Oh boy, be careful
Your videos are 100% better now awdays you seemed a little angry back in this video. 👍🇺🇸💯🍺
I dunno about angry but the video definitely sucks lol
Always amazes me that you restoration guys will travel 1000s of miles and repair all kinds of issues and faults but never the wipers or the heater. You then spend the entire journey complaining about the lack of visibility and the cold.
Why did you take the T tops off?
Because I can.
My God, people are watching these videos... They're so bad 😂😂
I'm starting not to like you ! Joking of course! But you are living the life I wish I could! Lucky you! You are even driving car I wish I had . Enjoying your videos!
I miss that car!
Its too bad car manufacturers didn't and dont put proper coatings on the frames and floors to keep them from rotting.....
I work in auto manufacturing, it's much much better now. Too bad the cars suck
No time slips?
Older videos, wasn't really in my groove with making them yet. Not that a 15.2 was great to brag about 😅 that run may be in part 2
My friend Roswell gets a bad wrap. I proctoligist with poor depth perception and next thing you know aliens are reported everywhere. Lol

Never was a fan of Corvettes--the fiberglass EVERYTHING, removing a hundred parts under-hood just to get to one. "Over-Engineering," etc....The only reason I watch the Vette stuff is because DALTON is in it, and he teaches me the patience I simply do not have. Worked on a coupla Vettes and I failed--I just couldn't do it, never been so pissed off at a car. Maybe Dalton's disipline and patience is %1000 times better than mine. I done tapped out and threw in the towel.
I love c3 vettes. Well, I love driving and looking at them. I've worked on them enough to know I kinda hate that part. I miss that 75 though, man it was a reliable car
You're right--the c3 is a looker. You know what, I've never drove a Vette! Like I sais, I've attempted to wrench on em, but that was about it. However I've driven 2 Jaaaagggggsss..@@PoleBarnGarage
My aunt and uncle both had silver 69 big blocks. Hers had side pipes. They are beautiful.
You shit on the southwest, because you've never been there before? You've got balls.
I love the Southwest. Back country across northwestern Texas is rough though
