Sharing QuickBook files

Hi Wayne, I am working on quickbooks from my desk in the same office as an employee on the same network, when i am finished for the day I backup quickbooks on the shared network then she can use it vice versa is there a better way?

Hi Wayne, I cannot see Daily Sales Report although I have a full access to Sales and AR. How can I fix it?
