Ridiculous first case. Judge defending the wife carrying on like a fool. The blame was the husband’s not the girl. She didn’t kidnap him he was the one carrying on an affair with a young girl. The child deserves better. What chance of a good relationship with the father when the wife is carrying on like that. The judge let that guy off far too easy, she was so wrong. That wife has no right to demand being present. Sometimes the judge has real prejudice against the mothers.
The first girl said she didn't want him because he worked at goodwill, but said she's struggling herself and needs his help. These young girls be watching wayyy too much social media and think they need sugar daddies 😢

Bless that girl's heart in the first case. She was fighting and fighting at first. But once she got it all out and Judge Lake acknowledged her pain, she took a deep breath, smiled and said, "I feel better now." Yes, I know she's made some bad choices in her life - I'm not excusing that - but that moment made me feel as though that was the first time she'd ever really felt seen. Hopefully, she can take some of JL's wisdom with her going forward.

The third case is by far the most emotional one. The young man has been through so, feeling he is not as good as other people of his age just because he didn’t have a father to raise him. Yet mom’s actions and decisions were clearly not the greatest but she should not forget that she was by herself at the age of 14, no parents to raise her and guide her. She ended up being a teen mom (prob pregnant at 17 or so as she is 40 and son is 22) and had to figure things out for herself and her baby boy at a such a young age and still managed to raise this wonderful well spoken young man. This is incredible. She did the best she could with what it was available to her at that time. Cheers lady ! Everyone has made mistakes before, what’s important is how to move forward in life without making the same mistakes again.
About 30 years ago when I was visiting my sister in the US, her friends asked me how many children I have, and if they are from the same dad 😳I was super surprised at that question. Of course they are, I could never imagine what I am witnessing now. Not just in the US, but seemingly also in certain other countries 😳... Also because there seems to be more people divorcing and remarrying, so the siblings are not anymore from the same father. I'm not far from 70, times have changed so much in every aspect. Yeah. If you slept with someone on the first and found out you were pregnant on the fourth of that same month, that's not their baby because it takes 6-10 days to start producing the pregnancy hormone and a few more days to be detectable.
On that last case, I felt bad for tgat young man. It must affect the opinion of the young man about his mother to know that she slept with more than six men in that 5-6 day window of conception and they still can't pinpoint who the father is. Knowing that moms was easy is one thing, but finding out she was the town pump is something else.

It was really simple because she is an adult and didn't want anything to do with either of them but just wanted to know because she was about to be a mother herself so she discreetly got her answers and it was the right thing to do. Both of the men who could be her father were predators not daddies so we never wanted to involve them.
That's true, but there was no point in a paternity test in that second case since there isn't a test that exist that can tell you that you're pregnant three days after conception. There was no way that baby was his.
haven't fully seen the case with the baby born on January 5 but if she met him on June 1 and found out she was pregnant on June 4, he's not the father. You can't find out your pregnant three days later. She's obviously not too bright.

Case 2: I knew he wasn't the dad when no one mentioned the baby being extremely premature. Anyone with an 2nd grade understanding of arithmetic knows that if the baby is born only 6 months after meeting the man, it couldn't possibly be his baby UNLESS the baby was a severe preemie. I'll admit that the brother was right when he said that the baby looked like the boyfriend. Maybe the mom just has a type & was dealing with a similar looking guy before they met.

@@janetcarlson4923 That's how I found out who my daughter's father is on 23&me a couple years ago except in my case it was between 2 men. It was really simple because she is an adult and didn't want anything to do with either of them but just wanted to know because she was about to be a mother herself so she discreetly got her answers and it was the right thing to do. Both of the men who could be her father were predators not daddies so we never wanted to involve them.

haven't fully seen the case with the baby born on January 5 but if she met him on June 1 and found out she was pregnant on June 4, he's not the father. You can't find out your pregnant three days later. She's obviously not too bright.

The last case was so sad! I feel sorry for that young man. To sit there and hear how his Mother was sleeping with all these Black men around town, has to be the most embarrassing thing to go thru. Case 2: I knew he wasn't the dad when no one mentioned the baby being extremely premature. Anyone with an 2nd grade understanding of arithmetic knows that if the baby is born only 6 months after meeting the man, it couldn't possibly be his baby UNLESS the baby was a severe preemie. I'll admit that the brother was right when he said that the baby looked like the boyfriend. Maybe the mom just has a type & was dealing with a similar looking guy before they met.
Why can't they do the ancestry type of DNA when they can't remember possible fathers? Like how they do for unsolved murders have been a lot of those solved past few years doing this kind of research.

I think the judge had a good point…the girl was looking from one side….he broke vows but he is still MARRIED… so YES his wife will be around because that is her commitment to her husband and her husbands child is now her responsibility as a proper wife….and they have to reconcile their marriage and trust so thats another outlook. I think the judge was trying to get her to see that she IS young and unmarried so she does not have the knowledge to see the flaws in her logic.
