Not only did the owner of the channel respond to someone who asked if it was an Urmi dialect (they said yes; Urmia is an Iranian place with a large Assyrian population), take it from me, an Assyrian with family from Iran.
I showed this to my aunt, and she _immediately_ recognized the accent. Even I could, because they talk in a similar manner to Adessa.
