Kackis sir the white nail drops was probably bugged with the maintenance they were doing while everyone was on, also, the catalyst should've been already unlocked to put on if you already had it/finished it, because I just looked. Regardless, very informative video, and I always appreciate them, keep up the good work, and be safe.
So like is there a reason for this whole video if they patched the cheese all you creators are so focused on lol.
You don’t have to do it on legendary to get the catalyst if you already have it… Just go to the enclave and reshape your whisper and you can select the catalyst.
What’s the point of doing it in legend then?

At the part of the parkour puzzle with the elevator which takesyou up to the next part, keep ealking along the edge instead of continuing the dungeon. Get out your ghost and you can see theres a alcove you can get into. I got the ship schematic karve of the worm

furether in another globule is after the crawl along walls before tube portal, past the lift that on the left wall theres a path to continue and on last ledge immediatelook top left a secret hall and another orb shot spot :)
Should we bank up all three catalyst trait missions like we did with Starcrossed and just complete the Legend version once to know all three missions over at the same time??

Just a heads up if you have the catalyst and you haven’t completed yet, you still get the catalyst by reshaping.

Tip: For the White nail perk he's actually wrong on this. For some reason its bugged out but the first one (White Nail 2) is at 3:14 but White Nail three is at that spot he said to skip in the last video its around the part were the elevator is if you look a bit past the elevator you will find it. For White Nail 4 I haven't found it yet still looking I have a suspicion it has something to do with that portal and confluxes but well see.

I think it’s completely random, or bugged, because I didn’t get white nail 3 or 4 from the first or second Diamond. I got WN2 from the first Diamond and the ship schematics from the second.
@@bluejay4812 I think bungie be bungie and didn't quite test everything before launch... I'm sure it will be fixed eventually.
It appears like it’s trying to drop the first (WN2) upgrade per person in your fireteam. What’s actually happening though is it’s dropping 3 for 1 person instead of 1 for all 3. Then the game is registering that that person has WN2 and it drops WN2 and 3 for the next because it can’t drop WN2 again for someone who already has it. The final person is only getting WN2 because they’re the only one without it. Ship schematics were gotten from my clan mates from the others.
The portal used to be for the whisper ship.
Bungie said if you have the original catalyst that you can slot it right away. I have not yet run legendary and was able to slot it in crafting and it has the masterwork border
Can you shoot the oracles and cubes with the earlier version of Whisper or do you need this season's newer one?
There’s another crystal in legend after the elevator go to the end on the left there’s a room and it’s a shop
I only did normal run got pattern went to enclave to craft it and had the catalyst unlocked in 4th column and didn’t have to do legend to unlock catalyst on it. I did also have the catalyst already on my older whisper

My theory with the shootable intrinsic stuff is that... if there are 3 players that all need it. One gets all (including 2 from the other 2) Because after you done it one had it... so only 2 player left with it needing it.. therefore you got two. Last one only got one. This matches our clans finding
I think that may be the the case based on this video and observing it in my fireteam yesterday.
hey there is another spot that the white glowing object can spawn it will also spawn in the green room at the very bottom and if you go all they way down to the very end and there should be a small opening on one of the sides of the wall that you can crouch through and inside you can find another dead vex with a red indicator for an enemy or something that can be shot i found it on accident and i had to do a double take to make sure i didnt miss an enemy
My buddy and I just 2 maned this on legend difficulty and when the time clock ended it didn’t end the mission like it use to 👌🏽 just a heads up go get’em guys
the timer is also only for the initial 3 bosses. long as you kill then in time, you have forever to kill the final ogre.
btw i was check the perk form this vex shootable orb if you go to normal you will get only one but if you go legendary you will get 2 or more
I found a second one of those glowing things to shoot as well.

theres another one on the jumping platforms where the door closes shut on you. turn around at the door and you'll see a white box. shoot it and it'll be on that platform.
I ran out of time fighting the final boss and it still let me finish it and I got the triumph for legendary done and the catalyst
Yeah so the 2 of the one oracle can drop the nails and another can drop a ship schematics but idk what it does cause I got ship schematic but didn't get ship

Nah... I crafted right after my first normal run and inserted the catalyst. I had never even finished the catalyst either. It inserted and even completed the catalyst for my OG Whisper as well.
i did wisper of the taken 1 and 2 got the catslys from thev first one but where the slot for the catalyst therevonly for the red icon to level up the weapond i dont understand akso i add the catalyst from the first one years ago before sunset
The old catalyst can go on cause I put it on my whisper crafted version and haven't down legend yet

I’m so confused.. I shit the glowing thing in the beginning found the 2,3, and 4 White Nail, but when I got to shape my sniper it’s only the “IV” and I don’t have field prep as an option

Im a new player and got the whisperer i also did the exotic quest for the catalyst and finished that quest i also got field prep however i dont see the catalyst anywhere or the field prep 😅 anybody knows what i should do ?

For anyone coming here post final shape. It's called expert now not legend. Least that's what it says for me :)
There are seven oracles I believe each one must give you something I'm pretty sure you can't Farm just the one

Yes. I stopped playing after Foresaken and I came back about 5 months ago. It took about 5 months of grinding to catch up to everyone. I recommend starting asap before next exspansion comes out
hopefully can just do all the quests in one go rather than each week.

You shoot with rocket launcher empty wall and still get all of them just only one person gets if in group do again and you get again and again till 4... It's bugged
The intrinsic perk diamond, there's a second one just after the lift area to the right of the door they help towards getting the exotic ship
How do you get the exotic ship?
Head to journey via character screen open triumphs then open into the light then click exotic.missions, complete task oracular seeker Ive unlocked the first 2 the one mentioned in Rick's video and the one I mentioned not sure where to find 3 to 7
I thought in a video Dumbgie said if you already had the catalyst from the original it would carry over since its the same catalyst...wtfh
It does, but you still need to do the quests for extra perks.
Does getting the enhanced intrinsic trait actually buff it or is it just to unlock more perks?

8:07. FALSE. The "original" version had infinite ammo on triple precision hits and therefore had waaaaay more damage. Then they nerfed it after i spent over a month getting it. Now this craftable one sounds better than the nerfed version i guess
So they nerfed the original, how they want me to rerun this to get back the same weapon I already had, when they can just unnerf the original? Whomever thought this up needs to be fired expeditiously. And we are expecting what from The Final Shape? Hilarious

This is correct. They removed it because you could sit back and not enter the boss room in the original mission and cheese the boss with unlimited power ammo.

As a solo(not social and the fire team that I sometimes play with arent regulars) player I feel robbed I can’t complete this legendary mission on the lost boss I lose to the timer seriously a pain in my ahh
I thought same thing but I actually utilized the in game fireteam finder and found plenty of listings of people helping new players get it, got mine just last evening.
I got the catalyst and DIDN’T have it before OR finish on legend. Another weird thing. I did it solo on normal but ran out of time on the final boss but it let me continue. I got the schematics and went to Eris and she progressed the quest but did NOT give me the red border whisper. So did whisper AGAIN solo on normal and did it under 40 min and it gave me a non red border whisper. Went to Eris and she finally gave me a red border. Shaped one (on accident) and it let me put on the catalyst. Everything that happened to me is not typical and seemed buggy.
You must’ve gotten it , as they made it a drop catalyst after certain activity after they removed the area from game
I have a friend who was stupid and infused the red border whisper into another weapon is there a way to get another one?

It does heavy weapon amounts of dmg, especially with white nail and whispered breathing catalyst. You can 1 shot guardians in PVP and is used for DPS on bosses with big crit spots like oryx in kings fall. If they changed it to special it'd be ridiculously OP because of how easy it is to get special vs heavy via armor mods and exotic armor along with special just being more readily available. Then on top of that, you would be able to have another heavy like lets say a BnS apex. I don't understand why that needed to be explained, but here we are.
Shame no one uses this weapon for their exotic slot. They’re so many better exotics now in d2 😢

So, in other words, it doesn't matter i have original whisper, it doesn't matter i have catalyst. I have to go again, unlock craftable version, and then go and do legendary run, probably 3 times if lucky to finish in time, just to get extra perks....

@@julda8080this is the nerfed version . The original refunded your mag when you landed 3 crits , not filled it from reserves . Infinite ammo was sweet.
You don't realize how good whisper is even post nerf. You can drop a solid 5 mil on most bosses with just whisper alone.
Talk about pointless, just got done warlords quest spending so much time to get a crappy exotic gloves so annoying doing long quests for nothing, I was expecting the sidearm Buried Bloodline

Man its Crazy, how many people don't understand the point if it coming back. I mean by all means, if you just want to throw your old catalyst into it, go ahead. But it's gonna be complete shit Compare to everybody else's with the new perks lol. The very fact that people think that you can just use the old Catalyst on a returning mission just shows you're not understanding what's going on lol. There's new perks like every time they bring back the mission.
This kind of content is for newer players. There is absolutely no incentive for day one destiny players to do this.

Love destiny 2 but i did this years ago and i will never do it again, i hate the mario 3 jumping...why people love this jump crap, like the raid puzzle...they suck and they are boring. That is why i never do raids again once i have what i need. Ok hate time is over, i love this update. They add a fun mode, the warfeame movile defense, but is a mix with the classic warframe defense. I hope that destiny move to a full free to play model...this paid dlc thing is so 2000 mmo game model.

Yeah I'm too busy on Warframe myself to play this god awful recycled shit myself. Plus this mission again.. yeah not excited for it with that timer and jumping again. One time was bad enough. 😆 Nothing about this update is tempting me to play since everything is just recycled garbage. 😊
