Nah, the pilebunker with basho arms does something like 8k+ damage against a staggered opponent with its charge attack. Iirc, the moonlight caps at around 6500ish
@@rylandfoster1937 That makes sense but still. The new moonlight deals more damage than it usually does and if players don't wanna risk missing a pilebunker hit(for some weird reason it misses the target sometimes), they'd probably use ML over PB.
Happen to me when i faced with 1 missile rat hovering all the time. I met this guys like 7 match in a row (i'm not kidding) and by the 6th rematch, i just decide to use a meta build and he folds super fast. By the 7th match, he know he's screwed and disconnect before i win.
If you're good at EN management, you can fit double laser shotguns alongside the moonlight on VE20B. I love both Wuergers & Hand LCDs and it's hard to pick between them, though wuergers allow NGI, Buerzel, Alula, P04, or SPD; while you're restricted to P04, P10, or SPD with the Hand LCDs on the frame I run. It's not an easy generator to play, but it's one of the most slept-on.
Wanna know what more disgusting is that I use the Generator that have 150 EN and with the help of crawler leg and melandar head to decrease EN load I am able to use a knight build with it It bloody nasty man especially with wurger
I thought that the generator wouldn't work with moonlight since the energy spec description says that it doesn't boost weapon with their own generator like melee weapon and missile on it but it does with the moonlight blade but sadly it doesn't boost redshift.
I keep getting into matches with variants of this build now. Good job finding a good build lol. But it is so broken especially on people with 5kbps internet (clear exaggeration).
I haven't tested it yet but it wasn't included on the list of changes in the patch notes for that so I do NOT think it works that way on the redshift as redshift is NOT EN it is Coral Weaponry
Also the redshift and Moonlight both have different things they excel at the redshift is more good at using the normal 2 swipe attack but the Moonlight does way more damage when you charge it up so that's probably why he did that

I feel like Moonlight is easier to hit than Pilebunker.

Why the basho? They buff only strictly melee attacks, moonlight gets buffed/debuffed (now) only from generators
It does in fact buff the moonlight with the melee spec. We tested it.
@@PinkTuskedMammoth ok my bad, got confused because of explosive thrower. In fact i see even the charged hits of plasma thrower are effected by arms
does this work with the Redshift?
I'd assume so, b/c its still a melee and energy weapon
EN and Coral are separate.
I don't think it does as EN and Coral are separate weapon types and it was not included in the patch notes as one of the weapons affected.
