If the jury wasn’t fixed, it wouldn’t take 10 minutes to deliver a not guilty verdict.
They will deliberate for a day and a half or so before they return a conviction, to make it look like they didn’t make up their minds before the trial started.
Unfortunately, you might be right. The Democrats on the jury are biased and feel that the greater good will be served by convicting Trump who is currently leading in the swing states. This is not about justice, it's about politics and power.

So, what has been presented in so far as Trump telling his staff how to report the Daniels payment?
Absolutely nothing, and I doubt there is any evidence that directly ties Trump to those alleged fraudulent entries. Now, the easiest and fastest way to end this BS trial would be to have the accountant present the invoices Cohen submitted for payments to be made, and see what those invoices have as the reason justifying the payments. I highly doubt they will say "hush money payment for Stormy Daniels" and will most likely say "legal expences" or "legal fees".

None of this matters. The fix was in before the case was filed.
IMO, and I may have missed it, there was something missing in Miss Daniels' story, the proposition!
Usually someone says something which means "shall we?", and receives an affirmative. But (probably like her movies) the action seems to start without much persuasion.
That's why I am unsure about her story, not that it matters.

The one time I sat on a jury, the case was pretty easy to decide in favor of the defendant with presumption of innocence beyond a reasonable doubt...until the defendant decided he wanted to testify and destroyed his own credibility. Then it became difficult...given that it was now obvious the defendant was willing to lie about some details...was it still a "reasonable doubt" that he was telling the truth about the key details...
Its totally not normal that any prosecution would put convicted perjurer on stand ..they have nothing else & they also know they might get away with it

Actually, hiring Cohen was just another in a long line of bad hires, such as Barr, Manifort, Sessions, et al. It is the one weakness I've identified in Trump, that of being too trusting. Maybe not so much, now.
