WoW that is one dirty brew group (Cassette) We have had ours for 1 year now and wash it off once a week. I have never seen the brew group get this dirty. Degrease tablets once a week with 2-3 full flushing by running the degrease program 3 times, 2 without the tab to flush, and descaler every few months to deep clean. This has ensured we get Barista grade coffee.
I’ve only had my Philips 5400 Lattego for a week now and haven’t gotten anywhere near “barista grade coffee”….pucks are basically soup and the flavor is weak and watery…..hoping for some kind of improvement soon….
@@bradley7506hello, you can get better coffee by setting de grinder on a finer setting. You can find it in the beans tray, carefully set 1 stand a time during the machine making espresso. Finer is stronger coffee. Don’t set it too fine, the machine cant get the water through it and you end up with less coffee in you cup. Hopefully this will help you.
They might be “super automatic” machines but damn they are a lot of work. My previous machine was a nespresso pod based machine and it was a dream compared to these…..but I did buy the Philips 5400 and I hope I don’t come to regret it…

La lubrification ce fait une fois l’appareil bien sécher au papier absorbant 😮
