I have a few Qs...my third baby is due in 3 weeks so I'd like to get prepared. My first baby was formula fed which I won't do again, my second baby I tried to exclusively pump feed him but I wasn't producing enough milk so I had to supplement with formula. He was a NICU baby for a week, then two months after birth i ended up in the ER for three days so I don't know if all of those factors messed up my milk supply. So I'm wondering if you have any vidoes on increasing milk supply; do you have any videos on pumping before you give birth I've seen some moms pumping before hand to start stimulating their milk and I'm curious if that is a good idea to get things flowing; of all the pumps you've reviewed which one is your top favorite? I want to breastfeed, but I also want to pump in addition.
So even on the highest setting it doesn't hurt and I can barely feel the suction. I feel like I am putting it together right. Also do you have to hold the bottles at the nipples or is the pump supposed to have strong enough suction to keep them in place.

Would you recommend this or the lansinoh smartpump 2.0?
Lansinoh!
What’s the difference between vacuum and cycle
Vacuum is the strength that the pump pulls and the cycle is how frequently it pumps!
