LIterally there are so many of my favourite songs that I didn't like at my first listen but then I replayed them and liked it more
The Sour Prom is actually so well made, it all looks one shot but isn’t, they edited it beautifully. Her vocals are at their best they’ve been but I can see them getting stronger over time. I actually think she’s deserving of her hype and actually a bit under valued as a new great artist 🤷🏽♂️

Every song you're in shock that it sounds really good- that's because she's good at her job! she's a musical theater performer so of course she relates to live performances strongly and understands her voice in context of live performance. idk, I kinda wish it wasn't so shocking that she's good at her job and isn't pulling one over on ya.
I love how she sings with a little deeper but very powerful voice, this makes this whole thing more interesting. But all the singers do this on stage, the vocals are always a little different than in the official songs. They just let their voices be more free
