4:37 I was looking at those two front pockets and wondering why they have ONE long flap instead of two (probably just ease of manufacturing). You'd have to open BOTH to just to get to ONE pocket. So along with the valid concern of not making noise, I'd modify the flap and retention by cutting the flap into two, removing the Velcro and adding a magnet closure instead. Quiet and you don't need to open both pockets to get to just one.
Good review. I picked this one up about a month ago (tan) so probably newer version. I like it but I agree the strap is lacking length. I am maxed out all the time for my height so cinch buckles will never be used. I never use the release buckle and two wouldn't change that. They are more of a vulnerability to me. The bag capacity is generally good and quite flexible for bulky items. I can live with noisy velcro for security of the external pockets. I deleted the oversized mystery ranch patch from the top of the padded strap to subdue the look for edc.
I work on a job site were houses are being built slot of hammering and cutting going on all the time Velcro doesn't bother me what bothers me is no lasting on the bottom of the bag a little would be nice.
I would say probably a smaller camera. I have a Lumix G7 and I could probably fit the essentials in there but nothing crazy like a wildlife lens. It also doesn't a ton of padding like a proper camera bag so if dropped or slammed, the camera will take a lot of the hit.
It really depends on style. Personally I love LBT for backpacks, Nutsac has pretty firmly cornered the market on canvas slings, and I recently got a toolbag / handbag from Eagle Industries that is pretty awesome. There are a lot of small one man shops here and there that do great work but prices fluctuate a lot.
Product has some bugs. Strap is to short, main compartment is prepared….for nothing, to be honest. The plastic buckle on the one hand does not perform any function since it is not on the other side

That is a solid idea :) I definitely wish they went with one big pocket or two individuals instead of mixing the two ideas.
And GREAT call on strap length. It was my major issue too. Had mine modified at my tailors, added 8 inches on each side and now it rocks. Cheers
That sounds like a perfect addition :)

Very good shoulder bag, I want to know if it is suitable as a camera bag?

What quality USA bags do you recommend?

I wonder why they didnt call it district 7.5? My guess is that its really 8 liters and tbat 7.5 is a misprint they never corrected.
Either that or they round to the nearest whole, a few folks take that approach. Like how the LBT 14L is actually 14.4L by their measurements.
Does this bag fit an iPad in the interior back pocket?
I tried an iPad in a thicker case and it was a tight fit. out of a case it would probably be ok.
It should depending on the version, it goes basically to the bottom of the bag so it'd have to be just under the dimensions of the bag.
For new ipad air it’s OK
I like the fox color
It provides some really nice contrast :)
I never did pull the trigger on this lol Looks like a nice smaller pack though.
Decent video! 👍🏼
Not a sling bag though.

Agree with strap length, had to get mine modified. Maybe ok if you’re 150 and 5’2.
