A: above the charging port there is Serialnummber and the first two letter tells you which version you have.
Q: whats the diffrence?
A: TL: the speaker is made out of paper
GG: the speaker is made out of plastic

@@tomgeurts4934 gg got an weird consequence on it so its more water proof and durable. Tl has a paper driver with more excursion bcuz of an air leak.There are dome more things but they are not so important.
Tl had much better sound and bass even on normal mode. And it has more flex but is less waterproof than GG. If you want good sound get TL, much better
Ya, ik, that's why I said it wasn't as waterproof, and mine tl is already ripping its surround but it's cool. I'll just buy another one XD

Du siehst das an der Verpackung da wo SN steht also SN:GG und ne nummer oder an der Klappe die die USB C und 3.5mm Aux vor wasser schützt

There is no such thing as a "LFM MODE" It is a mode to overdrive and potentially damage the speakers and the reason you see the speaker going sideways is because it's recorded on a shutter camera but on a normal camera and in person it would go up and down like normal

@@eputra25 not melt, just to wear the glue, the speaker forces the cone put such the glue just rips from all the power, jbl speakers in LFM are just crazy, but you dont want to use it normally

IdkMaster gg is paper on the other side but, it has plastic coating on it so technically it is waterproof to an extent tl is splashproof not ipx7 like they claim tl is paper water will go through paper
@@noone.5296 TL is ipx7 rated and has very similar time to GG, but GG is not coated in plastic, it's just a thicker coating therefore that's the reason the cone looks darker

The difference is The JBL charge 4 TL had a paper dust cap. Jbl charge 4 GG has plastic cone and dust cap.

TL uses paper cone which produce better sound, but may not be fully waterproof. GG uses probably plastic cone, has worse sound than TL but is fully waterproof.
If I have a TL charge 3 does that mean water will get inside the flap and it won’t be water proof
No TL version of Charge 3 is different from Charge 4. You can always put your Charge 3 in water ;)
FLUFFS well cause for some reason water keeps getting inside the waterproof flap on my flip 4 and it’s a tl and I was worried if water will get in my charge 3 and I’m getting it for Christmas the stealth version

The TL version plays better than the GG, but there is one thing: the TL version has much worse protection against other influences, for example, water protection.
I superglued my flip 5 tl paper cone and left the surround unglued and it’s completely air tight and water submergible now

Georgi Minchev You could only see it in on the packaging in store. Otherwise you need the 100% colours, teal is 100% TL, both Camo colours and I think white are always GG
