The best way to deal with anxiety is to not think about anxiety! I've been telling my friends this for years, just life live and not care, and i mean like dont go live life doing things carelessly, I mean dont care about whats going to happen to you, just do what job you want and make sure you love doing it, and dont care about what people are doing, saying or thinking. Soon enough you'll forget what anxiety even is untill you see someone else with it.

If I start my morning scrolling on social media and doing millions of things at the same time, the whole day feels terrible and I feel like "nothing matters at all" in a negative light as you've said. Start your mornings lightly productive and take care of yourself (brushing your teeth, eating breakfast) and life will feel so good every single day. (+Of course go outside at least once a day)
