Accessing an AAC Device

Little Chase has a movement disorder that impacts his ability to target and select messages on an AAC device. We present his device out of reach briefly to allow him to visually scan his choices. After he's had a chance to see his choices, his device is placed in his lap for selection. Chase fixes his hand in position and moves his arm to insert his pinky finger into the keyguard to select his messages. Chase is a little super star!
