Wow this is an excellent and inspiring video. I love the 'matching what your staff are doing day to day in their own lives with what they can do at work'. I work in healthcare and am learning about digital transformation. Swapping the words 'health and care' for 'finance' in my mind, I am inspired, the challenges around legacy processes and fear of failure are similar I think.
Good
