Goofy Racist (Remade)

The original video was removed, but since I love it so much I went and remade it. I claim no credit for the original joke; this is a restoration effort if nothing else.
Edit: Since there's been a lot of confusion about this, Jason Marsden voiced both Max Goof and Richie from Static Shock, which is the source of the dialogue edited in here. He's had a lot of varied roles over the years!

I re-uploaded this simply to be able to share the meme with people again, and have no interest in moderating what's said below it. It's also been unlisted for that reason, but please feel free to share it with other people! I have no aspirations of making more memes, YTPs, or any other kind of content for an audience aside from the occasional speedpaint, so that's why I choose this route. Hope you all understand.
