Thankyou :). Can’t really 🤔 remember this video now perhaps I should watch it. It would have been filmed on my kitchen table. Since then my equipment and also workshop has evolved. But thanks for the comment
@@Retro4u Thats good and quite lucky. I did a few of these, up to now only one laser replacement but I may replace another. You're right about searching only for the part number. I was ripped off searching for CD32 laser. I just bought a spare for less than half the cost but searching for a part number instead.
@@Retro4u Yes, I wish I did that previously. I went a bit crazy and bought 6 CD32s to restore. Professionally recapped them all, one was so bad after being recapped by someone else, I had the custom chips transplanted to a reCD32 pcb. I use the TF330 with CF card in it as my regular machine. Love these machines. I just assembled a reAmiga 1200 and doing the finishing touches. It was a big job but it works great.
That’s next on my list a a1200 but have a 600 I need to do. I use the cd32 as it’s such a versatile machine. And nothing beats playing on original hardware
Hi thanks for the feedback. When I did this video I was in the kitchen. I have since moved into a workshop with a tripod and better camera and some lighting . It is as early days and I’m still learning now. Thankyou
Great video and nice background music :-) Thanks!

Have you tried it with a CDR game? The trim posts may need adjusting if they are not being read properly.
Yep since replacing the psu with a original it now reads all discs. I did have to adjust a pot a little

Have less sunlight in the corner of the frame, and some light on the object the video is about
