I know this was a joke, but I bought one. Dacia is cheap motoring BUT not cheap quality. Same engine as my old clio, 1.5 dci and all the extras, but £3k cheaper than the equivalent clio. 4 and a half years later everything works perfect. Why pay for a fifteen year old car just to have four circles on the front, like many people do, when you can buy a new sandero outright. Badge snobbery isn't confined to just us brits

its not a secret.. Dacias are cheap and reliable because they are re-designed cars from 2/3 generations ago.. will be less refined and outdated .. but they will work .. and thats something many people with less money might want.. I totally respect that and thats why i really like them even tought i never owned one and dont plan to.. (tought if i would need a 4X4 for country use i would definity get a Duster because those not only are tought and cheap.. they actually work as a 4X4 unlike most other SUVs)
@@sparrowlt They are pretty good quality given that after buying Dacia, Renault did knock-off versions of the Dacia Logan and named them Renaul Clio.
I drove one and I couldn't stand the gear change. The car was having a hickup every time I pressed the clutch. Unbearable on quick gear changes.

We went to Europe two years ago and I saw one in a car park. I had a minor freak out and my wife just did not understand why. It was like seeing a celebrity. I took a selfie with it.

sanderos are pretty famous in Brazil. Theyre sold under the badge of Renault, lile how Opel cars are sold as Chevys in Brazil
The ones with the Renault badges are also more equipped and has a few extras compared to the Dacia models.
This is a perfect example of how many times does a joke work.
00:02 - 1st time : the originality, the surprise and the context, a well-thought joke.
00:12 - 2nd time : Callback to the first time with a little twist, still very funny.
00:18 - 3rd time : failed attempt because everyone cracks up, anticipating what you're going to say. Even funnier than the original.
