I absolutely loved this video. It obviously was about the bus but also for me it was about the gentleman himself, the older generation. Honest, humble, hard working and God fearing. Thank you for posting this.
How true that is! This world has lost its way. Sad in so many ways. People could learn so much from the older generation if they would just slow down and take the time to listen. I have an assistant at work who was not my choice and he has zero work ethic and doesn't want to learn. He's barely 21 and thinks he knows it all. I guess I might have been the same in many ways, but I do know I wanted to learn and I paid attention when I was being told something I needed to know. I'm getting close to retirement and have alot of knowledge to pass on. I shouldn't have to make this kid get to work. He should be all over it! I'm gonna blame some of the laziness on this contraption I'm on right now. They sit in their parents basements and play games in the dark instead of getting outside and wrenching on a car or having to be told to mow the lawn! Rant over. You just got me thinking with your comment.
@@ceeceety2320 I thought I was just out of touch with today. I feel the same way. I watch the old tv shows and realize that If the old farms and ranches had a working radio for AM, they were ahead of the game. No TV's, maybe a radio. the rest of the time they were working the ranch, cooking meals, washing clothes, cleaning house. Recreation was playing sports outside, football, baseball, running jumping, doing barn raisings, hae community dances with real musicians. yeah, the old world is gone. no one talks anymore, visits with each other, worries for each other... churches are dying. Very nice work building this bus with excellent craftsmanship, whoever ends up with it will be very happy.
thankyou for the showing of your beautiful bus conversion
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your bus/RV. You have done a beautiful job, it's homey but not over the top.
That bus is absolute mint. I love it. If I had a few hundred grand I would buy it, but it wouldnt last here in Toronto Canada. I would keep that thing in a garage out of any elements while parked. Great job.
You have a beautiful bus and certainly have taken excellent care of her.
THANK YOU
So nice that there are stiil craftsman who keep this piece of beauty on the road! Big compliments!

Birddog sir I don't believe I've ever seen a finger bus home ! Well done 👍 I absolutely love it !!!
I drove buses for years and years. We had a bunch of old buses in our company when I started in 76. Old GMC's, transit, 4103's 04's 4905's, 8v71 Detroits, then on to MCI, when I quit we had a bunch of MC 9's. I don't know anything about the new buses. I learned to love buses older the better. This one is a beauty, I bet you had a grand time all those years!
What a fabulous bus/motorhome. I really love it. But, I can only dream! It is truly a credit to you and your wife.
I commend you for keeping this bus as nice as it is , a true gem 💎
Love love this bus! It's all about intelligent engineering, accessibility, durability, dependability, viewability.
THANK YOU , YOU ARE RIGHT , WE HAVE KNOWN THAT FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS. TLC AND PROPER CARE WILL KEEP IT IN USE.
WOW!!! I've seen countless vintage + modern bus conversions and this is by far the most beautiful inside and out. Just amazing and the history too! It's so sad that's the last one though. I bet so many people had great things when it was in operation. DON'T SELL IT!!!
