These units really are Beasts! I have reviewed several power stations and I'm really impressed with my SuperBase Pro.
Bought 4 units of Zendure Supertank(650€ in total). After a while, they all stopped working and charging. After contacting Zendure support, they did not offer a warranty or paid repair. So here I am - with four bricks worth 650€ sitting in my Peli case.
Just google - many more people have the same problem with these batteries and the same answers from Zendure support.
This is good only as a backup power station for the home. It would present a lot of problems if it is used outdoors.

Please consider offering extended warranties through your website. I ended up buying your Superbase Pro 1500 through Amazon, despite the BF price being the same on both sites(using HOBOTECH), due to ease of use of adding on a warranty. Usually buying a warranty after the fact, such as going through Squaretrade, makes them unnecessarily expensive.
I can't return my money for 3 months. The contribution was canceled, and Zendure told me that money are sent to me. but they have not provided any proof and just keep telling me that I need to wait (wait for swift payment for 2 months lol).
Has anyone received their products ?
Yes, I was one of their early supporters (even a dealer for them) - and was VERY excited... HOWEVER: WARNING!! This company will take your money then does not provide any solutions for faulty products - even from good people who supported them when they were first getting started! BEWARE - If your machine doesn't work YOU could be the next victim!! SHAME! What kind of "support" is that folks?
