Been following the American UA-cam diaspora in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria. Many bought & settled for properties worth over 300K. Nice houses but what boggles my mind is the dusty and dirt roads around those properties compared to the affordable exquisitness like this here in Durban. Why did they purchase? Or did they not know about South Africa? To each their own i guess.
They did not know about Durban…the year of the return gave AA exposure to Ghana so they purchased their. Maybe the SA government can solve this problem
I totally understand your concerns but remember as you said to each their own. But I tell you what in few years those dirt roads will be no more. Those other counties I fasted developing as well
