A 100 pound punching bag was the best "flyer" I ever had After pressing that vertically a few times my specific strength and control nearly doubled. Plus you don't have to worry about dropping it. Or worry about it making excuses for missing practice.
But Daniel what if we are on lockdown and can't get to the gym? I just so happen to have a flyer with me in quarantine so sometimes I ask her to hold a hollow body position and use her as a barbell but she's too light🤣🤣
