The name of the song is "Metali", which is portmanteau of "metal" and "matsuri" (A traditional Japanese festival), so it's a song about a metal festival. This song is 100% Japanese traditional festival music mashed up with metal in that unique Babymetal style, plus some of Tom Morello's signature guitar work. Tom is a fan of Babymetal and had apparently been wanting to work with them for a while and it finally happened with this song. This video was filmed at NEX_FEST in Japan in November 2023. They did four shows in Kobe, Nagoya, and Tokyo and the event was organized and headlined by Bring Me The Horizon with Babymetal as their special guests. It's become a staple part of their live shows and it always goes incredibly hard. It's kind of a shame that this video doesn't include the Kami Band intros, because they are awesome as well and give the Kami a chance to shine. I've been lucky enough to see it live five times, including two days ago in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and it never fails to go off. The drummer is Anthony Barone. He's the former drummer of Shadow of Intent, and when he's not drumming for Babymetal, he's also the current drummer of All That Remains.

This is a farely long sentence translated but shorter in Japanese 4:41 Pretty certain this was Saitama Super Arena, it was NEXT_FEST which was a festival organized by Bring Me The Horizon in Japan.

This is another banger for Japanese festival or any festival around, they performed this at the recent World Tour 2023/2024 and getting the crowd going bonkers with this.
