    I think loading factor has to (super built up - carpet) /super built up area

      As I mentioned in the video, there is no authentic Reference for this Definition and hence is interpreted in multiple ways.

    In loading factor how 1.3 = 30%

      To find loading factor in terms of percentage, use the formula [ ( Loading Factor - 1) x 100 ].
