As someone who used an incredibly active imagination to escape from the hardships of real life for as long as i can remember this always hit so close to home
My media studies teacher put this on in class so we could study hidden meanings and connotations in the entertainment industry back in high school and i cannot thank him enough for that day as he opened my eyes and ears to now my favourite band of all time... so if you're out there... Thanks Mr Martin! - Kurtis Lowe
I just was listening to “Emergency” off Pandora (“Fences” Radio respectively) & for no reason whatsoever I turned it off to come listen to this classic. Something about this one. “Brick by Boring Brick” oozed a truly different type of passion. I’ll take more “glasses” for years to come 🍷🎶✨
If anyone was wondering about the meaning of this song (like I was), Hayley explained: "I was writing a story about a girl who escaped reality through pictures and fairy tales and anything that wasn't the real story. This way, she'd look perfect to everyone else and we'd all think that she's got it together. But being that it was all for show, it couldn't last. The lyrics in the chorus finally happened when I pictured her finally doing away with it all - burying everything she'd made up in her mind so she could face the real world for once. For the record, this song isn't autobiographical."
This song perfectly sums up how I feel about my childhood. I didn't know it growing up, but I had a very dysfunctional family. Terrible things would happen to me and I would tell myself and others "Every family had problems. No family is perfect". I truly believed I had it good, but I was lying to myself. I grew up and saw my childhood for what it actually was, and I realized it wasn't the brightly colored fairytale I thought it was. I had built up a world of magic, because my real life was tragic. Now all I can do is pick up my shovel and dig a deep hole to bury that castle. Its truly exhausting.
“Make sure to build your heart brick by boring brick or the wolf’s gonna blow it down” Still one of my all time favorite stand-alone lyrics I’ve ever heard. Apt reference and its meaning itself is consistent with the whole song; find yourself and be able to be emotionally strong willed and resilient or you’re going to get blown over by the curveballs life throws your way. I’ve always liked the candidness of this song, that lyric in particular
I've probably heard this song 50 times and I never actually heard the reference to the wolf until looking up the lyrics; always thought she was saying "world". Basically the same message, but a valuable nuance to pick up on. Far more specific. Thank you for highlighting this.
The meaning of the song doesn't just ended up with making yourself strong emotionally by building your heart brick by boring brick. It also tells you that if your going to build a wall around you don't forget to put windows and a door to not loose sight of what reality is. Most people believe that having a strong will is enough to protect themselves. They will not believe in any truth other than the truth they created inside that brick walls of theirs. Try listening to the bridge of the song " if it's not true you can't hold it in your hand...... " the lyrics emphasize that be strong but don't loose sight of what reality truly is. Also, if watch the MV the princess runaway from that castle. She is aware that isolating herself is wrong. But, the more she stayed inside the castle the reality becomes more scary. She becomes anxious about it and run then finally she fell in a deep pit of despair
This is no longer my favorite Paramore song, but it was the first one I ever heard, and just listening to the opening music notes gives me chills to this day.
Paramore: Brick By Boring Brick [Verse 1] She lives in a fairy tale Somewhere too far for us to find Forgotten the taste and smell Of a world that she's left behind It's all about the exposure The lens I told her The angles were all wrong now She's ripping wings off of butterflies [Pre-Chorus] Keep your feet on the ground When your head's in the clouds [Chorus] Well, go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole To bury the castle, bury the castle Go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole To bury the castle, bury the castle [Break] Ba-da-ba, ba-da ba-ba-ba [Verse 2] So one day he found her crying Coiled up on the dirty ground Her prince finally came to save her And the rest you can figure out But it was a trick And the clock struck twelve Well, make sure to build your house brick by boring brick Or the wolf's gonna blow it down [Pre-Chorus] Keep your feet on the ground When your head's in the clouds [Chorus] Well, go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole To bury the castle, bury the castle Go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole We'll bury the castle, bury the castle [Bridge] Well, you built up a world of magic Because your real life is tragic Yeah, you built up a world of magic [Verse 3] If it's not real You can't hold it in your hand You can't feel it with your heart And I won't believe it But if it's true Then you can see it with your eyes Oh, even in the dark And that's where I want to be, yeah [Chorus] Go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole (You'll be better off without me now) To bury the castle, bury the castle Go get your shovel And we'll dig a deep hole To bury the castle, bury the castle [Break] Ba-da-ba, ba-da ba-ba-da Ba-da ba-ba, ba-da-ba ba

13 years old me screaming in the school's hallways "BADABABADABABADA" to say hi to my emo's friends. Such a great memory *sigh*. I'll always love Paramore :)
I love that badababababa part! It's like me shouting the last part of Taylor Swift's Love Story "It's a love story baby just say yes!" People don't believe me when I say I will but I do. Whenever I mention Paramore people know it. I first heard it from the Twilight soundtrack. I LOVE decode.
Right now I’m going through a tunnel of nostalgic tunes while processing the trauma of my recent car wreck. I remember back in middle school, my skinny body clad with baggy clothes to hide the neglect and pain it went through, blasting this song over my MP3 player towards the middle of the bus while hunched over and hiding while I cried. But I know now that whatever life throws at me, all I can do is wait for my wings to shed so they can grow back again ❤️
I'll give Ignorance another try, but Emergency (for LP) was the deal for me. And for her singing, Monster but is for Twilight soundtrack (as well Caught Myself)
I love the shuttle implications that this is a fantasy world created by the little girl to get away from her abusive father as shown when she's in the room with the TVs and as the man with the axe appears in a more realistic background then anything in the video; the girl also seems to mouth "Dad" before finally running off out of fear about to cry when before she just watched the other images in fear when a few were literally peoples faces being melted off, dont you think its abit off the thing that breaks the camel's back and has her run away almost in tears was just random guy with an axe who she even mouths too.
You're right, the song is about monarch programming. When you are young you can fall victim to being mind controlled easily. In order to escape the trauma, she gets monarch programming but then she realizes it looking back at her childhood. Also note how the album cover is a monarch butterfly with it's wings plucked off and pinned down.
I was going through all of my paramore songs and I swear it's like every song flipped a different switch that triggered not specific memories necessarily, but memories of things I felt in my early teenage years when all I really had was my music. I fucking love Paramore.

I'm going back to my old emo/punk days and listening to all these old-school Paramore songs. I miss songs like this, I miss the time of the 2000's when all the legendary punk bands came out. I miss this & that legendary 2007-2009 punk sound. Ah, what a time it was to be alive.
Azarel Doroteo I kind of was. I was in the middle. I was about 10, around this time, and I had went through some shit. Plus, I've always been a lot older, mentally, so.
"You built up a world of magic, because your real life is tragic" This line. This one line has described pretty much my entire life. While I was going through the most dark time of my life, I convinced myself I was okay. That I was normal. Because I was so ashamed of myself. I pretended my anxiety wasn't as bad as it really was. I pretended my depressive episodes were normal. I focused so much on other people(my ex friends) because I wanted to uphold this delusion that I was okay, that I was in any place to be that therapist friend, when I really wasn't. *I* needed that help. *I* needed that comfort. *I* needed to be told it was all going to be okay and that they were there for me. Even though that wasn't the case for those ex friends, now I have friends who are really there for me. Friends I can have fun with. Friends that don't make fun of me for being emotional or sensitive. They embrace me with open arms and they accept me for who I truly am. Thank you, to those friends and my dearest older brother and my precious dog. You saved my life. That is no exaggeration. (I am in a better place now and I'm getting better. I'm learning to accept myself and cope with my anxiety. I'm in a far better place than when I used to be so please don't worry about me too much. I'm better than I've ever been and I'm getting where I want to be.)

This song reminds me of; when having a tramatic event in childhood, causing a lost sense of reality, and then growing up with reality slapping you in the face with all the bad memories coming back into play. The castle being buried represents , burying your memories, and when the castle is no longer buried your memories keep coming back.
Makes it sound like certain traumatic events are being avoided - we can't keep that kind of thing locked up, under layer upon layer of stone-cold hardiness. It comes out eventually, somehow, some way.
what I understand from this video you lived a life where you tried to fit in with the rest you shrouded yourself with glitz and glamour you gave them an illusion that somehow your fooling them once they found out who you are you tried to forget it, so you dug a hole for your mistakes but you suddenly became part of your own burrial of mistakes
I thought it was about living in your dreams but Hayley wanted to live reality and she buries the castle with all of the magical things that are not real
Here it is 2022…. Me at nearly 34 yrs old in my bed like old times just jamming out to one of the best bands of my generation, taking me back to a much simpler time! This album was my escape in a very dark time of abuse…. I’m so grateful to have been there for every single album this band put out from All we know to self titled… all of them have been inspiring and helped me through something in one way or another!
I remember walking my high school halls singing "Bury the queso, bury the quesooooo" while listening to this song my MP3 player. Few years later I got my hearing checked. Turns out I'm deaf and been singing wrong lyrics for YEARS!
Still fall in love with this song I listened this song when I was 15 and now I am 25..... whenever I feel lonely or sad this song always helps me to recover..thank you so much for creating this amazing song❤️
So after reading a very informative article about Monarch mind control, I FINALLY figured out what this song means- it seems that the young girl is a victim of monarch mind control and Hayley is the personality that the girl left behind when she got mind controlled- and Hayley is singing the song to the alternate personality to wake up and face reality to break free from her mind control. When the girl finally figures it out and does so, she "dies" in a sense, and the original personality of pre-mind control Hayley returns, which explains why the girl gets buried in the grave. Am i the only one who thinks this is the message of the song..?
Emily Marcin You are insightful. This is much like the video _"Katy Perry - Wide Awake"_. There are many of the same elements, - Smaller 'Katy Perry' - Butterfly symbolism - Fracturing - Dissociation - Alice in wonderland references - Countless mirrors - "illumination" - bad "men" - Little girl disappearing at the end. This crap everywhere. I am glad there are more people out there that can see it for what it is.
Thank you. :) first I was like wow cool song, but what is the message and what is wrong now, why is the girl killed? And now I read your comment and it was changing my thoughts like THAT MAKES THE SONG EVEN BETTER 😁 Btw I'am german so my English is not the best xD sorry for that
How I got addicted to Paramore: Me: *looks for song online* Hm. Paramore... I've heard of them. *twenty minutes later* Me: dear lord I have an addiction
I've literally never seen this video before, these videos were recommended to me based on what I watch, still super young and I hate it like I wanna skip this whole being a teenager phase and just be an adult already, its the worst.
This song came out when I was 12- It kind of reminds me of simple times when nothing was difficult and I was running around in my family home and things were somewhat put together and we all got along. :(
This whole song is really about giving up your childhood that’s why the little girl gives up her butterfly wings and falls in a hole only to get buried by and older version of herself
I believe the song can have many different meanings for different people. I always have a different image in my mind of what I think the song is about until I see the video.
I was about 13 when I heard this song and the music video scared me so much that I wouldn't look at it Rewatching this at 25 is so different now that I understand the meaning of this song
It's 2022 and three years into the pandemic, but this song reminds us to "Keep your feet on the ground, When your head's in the clouds". Brick by boring brick we continue to build our heart!
Conosco questa canzone da 11 anni e ogni volta mi fa piangere letteralmente . Vedere questo lato " bambino " dover essere ucciso è' una fase che abbiamo dovuto attraversare tutti
My current fave. I'm crying, I can relate. I'm still waiting for the day that I'll get my own shovel, to dig a deep hole and bury my own castle of imaginations, then bring it to real life.
Funny how this song's very essense resonates more with you as you grow up and get older and get disillusioned with the real world that you've previously had high hopes for
In my opinion, the little girl is Hayley as a child. and she has a very bad childhood including her dad abusing her. And now she's grown up, she wants to bury all the sad memory and forget about it.
I thought the story was about running away then it feeling ok at first then it just getting harder but when she wants to come back home they dnt let her back in. *dont attack me for my opinion please lol*
I'm so glad I had older cousins they showed me Paramore when I was like 6 and we used to listen to everyone of there songs now I'm 14 and I get emotional listening to this
I loved how the colors helped represent the two sides of the story in the music video. like Hayley was in the magical fantasy land and the little girl 's world then fell apart causing her to be burried. to me, the song is about the loss of child like innocence, hence Hayley burring the girl and throwing the toy towards the hole
I rather thought the 'castle' represented the scary and dark things, as it made the little girl cry and run away, and that the little girl represents 'Hayley's past', and thus the act of 'burying the castle' symbolizes burying all the negative things from the past in order to live in the now and be positive.
"You build up a world of magic because your real life was tragic." My High School Emo Fucking Days I remember I was bullied at school and my parents were going through separation having to go home to them always fighting and throwing stuff around and then at school my classmates were doing shit to me and my assignments. I was trying to escape my fucking reality back then.
This song means soooo much to me, It came on the tv right after the break up with the mother of my kid. I had to learned to play it. When my daughter was just a baby in her pack-n-play. I would play it for her and sing it while she bounced around in it. I would have hidden tears in my eyes while playing while she did. Now that she is older. I still play it and it has new meaning. This song is powerful af
That completely depends on what type of music it is. Pop songs are normally named like that but bands like The Devil Wears Prada names their songs in a completely different way.
Kasatka Tilikum totally forgot about ones like "Lying is the best fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off". On my phone I didn't want my mom seeing the name of the song so on itunes I changedthe name to Panic!

Somewhere too far for us to find
Forgotten the taste and smell
Of a world that she's left behind
It's all about the exposure
The lens I told her
The angles were all wrong now

Coiled up on the dirty ground
Her prince finally came to save her
And the rest you can figure out
But it was a trick
And the clock struck twelve
Well, make sure to build your house brick by boring brick
Or the wolf's gonna blow it down
[Pre-Chorus]
Keep your feet on the ground
When your head's in the clouds
[Chorus]
Well, go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
We'll bury the castle, bury the castle

Well, you built up a world of magic
Because your real life is tragic
Yeah, you built up a world of magic
[Verse 3]
If it's not real
You can't hold it in your hand
You can't feel it with your heart
And I won't believe it
But if it's true
Then you can see it with your eyes
Oh, even in the dark
And that's where I want to be, yeah

Go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole

To bury the castle, bury the castle

I'll give Ignorance another try, but Emergency (for LP) was the deal for me. And for her singing, Monster but is for Twilight soundtrack (as well Caught Myself)

Great drums
Great riffs
And vocals hot enough to melt a diamond

I love the shuttle implications that this is a fantasy world created by the little girl to get away from her abusive father as shown when she's in the room with the TVs and as the man with the axe appears in a more realistic background then anything in the video; the girl also seems to mouth "Dad" before finally running off out of fear about to cry when before she just watched the other images in fear when a few were literally peoples faces being melted off, dont you think its abit off the thing that breaks the camel's back and has her run away almost in tears was just random guy with an axe who she even mouths too.
But that's my guess free feel to add anything or reply and I'll be happy to respond when I can!
@@theoneandonly8403 I don't appreciate your grammar.
Ok einstein chill
You're right, the song is about monarch programming. When you are young you can fall victim to being mind controlled easily. In order to escape the trauma, she gets monarch programming but then she realizes it looking back at her childhood.
Also note how the album cover is a monarch butterfly with it's wings plucked off and pinned down.
Shuttle implications is wild
paramore is friggin amazing(:
and Hayley is just soo pretty I wish I was that pretty

Paramore was so 🔥 back then. I still love them. But this era was on a different level.
Peak Paramore
Right 🔥🔥@@b_f_d_d
I was going through all of my paramore songs and I swear it's like every song flipped a different switch that triggered not specific memories necessarily, but memories of things I felt in my early teenage years when all I really had was my music. I fucking love Paramore.
I know right!!@hale to the PARAMORES!!
AND THIS FN QUARENTINE SHIT!!!🤟
Her hair looks so pretty in this...I mean she looks pretty in general but you know...
Bambi yeah, she's fucking stunning in this video.
i prefer her red hair..that's more her personality..here she looks just like another taylor swift..
It's a change from the usual . I'm just saying its pretty and I respect your opinion.
Bambi i respect urs too, just saying my personal fav of her hair, that's all, peace!
True so true. Especially in Now.
She lives in a fairy tale
Somewhere too far for us to find
Forgotten the taste and smell
Of a world that she's left behind
It's all about the exposure the lens I told her
The angles were all wrong now
She's ripping wings off of butterflies
Keep your feet on the ground
When your head's in the clouds
Well go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Ba da ba ba da ba ba da
So one day he found her crying
Coiled up on the dirty ground
Her prince finally came to save her
And the rest she can figure out
But it was a trick
And the clock struck twelve
Well make sure to build your home brick by boring brick
Or the wolf's gonna blow it down
Keep your feet on the ground
When your head's in the clouds
Well go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
We'll bury the castle, bury the castle
Woah
Well you built up a world of magic
Because your real life is tragic
Yeah you built up a world of magic
If it's not real
You can't hold it in your hand
You can't feel it with your heart
And I won't believe it
But if it's true
You can see it with your eyes
Oh, even in the dark
And that's where I want to be, yeah
Go get your shovel
We'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Go get your shovel
We'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Ba da ba ba da ba ba da
Ba da ba ba da ba ba
Ba da ba ba da ba ba da
Ba da ba ba da ba ba
Ba da ba ba da ba ba da
Ba da ba ba da ba ba
Ba da ba ba da ba ba da
Ba da ba ba da ba ba

Agreed. I've listened to almost every paramore song and this song is my favourite.. The lyrics are so damn clever and full of symbolism.
I still say Misery Business is the best song
But you're not wrong about the Album part
I'm going back to my old emo/punk days and listening to all these old-school Paramore songs. I miss songs like this, I miss the time of the 2000's when all the legendary punk bands came out. I miss this & that legendary 2007-2009 punk sound. Ah, what a time it was to be alive.
I wasn't old enough to enjoy it when it was new 😭
Azarel Doroteo I kind of was. I was in the middle. I was about 10, around this time, and I had went through some shit. Plus, I've always been a lot older, mentally, so.
the drums in this music is out of this world
Paramore has notoriously had good drums

This song takes me back to my high school days and when I started having a crush for Hayley. This is nostalgia man. Good old days that won't be back.
I never realized how “dark” this was as a middle schooler
Yeah, it's really bleak video!
Xavier Vanity same! 😂😂 things were simple then
Same
Can someone explain pls i watched the video but cant piece together what it means?
Daniel churchill it’s about dead little girl or dying little girl. The video not the song.
Glad im not the only one..cheers!
DUDE, I HAVE THE SAME REALITY ISSUE
Best Paramore song ever
*eternally crying because I didn't appreciate hayley's blonde hair more in 2010*

I like the blonde but loved red to
This song simultaneously slaps me in the face and gives me a big warm hug, and it hurts like heck but it feels like home…ya know?
what I understand from this video
you lived a life where you tried to fit in with the rest
you shrouded yourself with glitz and glamour
you gave them an illusion that somehow your fooling them
once they found out who you are
you tried to forget it, so you dug a hole for your mistakes
but you suddenly became part of your own burrial of mistakes
Woop.
i agree
wow that's deep, dude.
I thought it was about living in your dreams but Hayley wanted to live reality and she buries the castle with all of the magical things that are not real
I thought it was her growing up and leaving her childish thoughts and make believe worlds behind.
I used to own this cd when it came out. Singing alone in my room at 16. Memorizing all the songs. Skipping dinner just to learn the lyrics 😂❤
I had a zune. Punk and goth was in full power. It was awesome. Gaming and music and movies, everything was so much better.
I'm also almost 34 and reminiscing about the simple times in my life. 😢 I wish I could turn back time.
Lot of good vibes❤
I was... Almost 16, music was definitely the only reason i made it through everything.
Wow , she's so beautiful.
I remember walking my high school halls singing "Bury the queso, bury the quesooooo" while listening to this song my MP3 player. Few years later I got my hearing checked. Turns out I'm deaf and been singing wrong lyrics for YEARS!
😂 Glad you got it checked!
Awwww baby! At least you're better and more in tune with your other senses.
Lol hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
By the way, this song taught me how to pronounce correctly the word castle.
My mom still sings bury the Quesoo too hahahahahah I'm dead 🎉🤣🤣🤣
Ainda choro sempre que escuto essa música, de tão boa que é, é nostálgico e ao mesmo tempo emocionante... As coisas eram tão simples.

I love this song, because to me, it's a depressing song hidden behind happy chords, happy progressions and optimistic lyrics.
Yes! I thought the same...
+Ashlee Nicole Awesome! :)
lol you should listen to "hollywood undead - bullet" then
now that is a confusing song
+JezDayy That sort of defines this whole album to me... its very interesting
+JezDayy well there was a reason behind the existence of this very song, if i remember correctly...
You're not the only one. Take it from someone who's been there.
Thats de
Alphazon deep
Emily Marcin You are insightful. This is much like the video _"Katy Perry - Wide Awake"_. There are many of the same elements,
- Smaller 'Katy Perry'
- Butterfly symbolism
- Fracturing
- Dissociation
- Alice in wonderland references
- Countless mirrors
- "illumination"
- bad "men"
- Little girl disappearing at the end.
This crap everywhere. I am glad there are more people out there that can see it for what it is.
Thank you. :) first I was like wow cool song, but what is the message and what is wrong now, why is the girl killed? And now I read your comment and it was changing my thoughts like THAT MAKES THE SONG EVEN BETTER 😁
Btw I'am german so my English is not the best xD sorry for that

This song came out when I was 12- It kind of reminds me of simple times when nothing was difficult and I was running around in my family home and things were somewhat put together and we all got along. :(
This song takes me back to the good old days of my late preteen and early teen years, one of those eras of my life that I'd always love to go back to.
This whole song is really about giving up your childhood that’s why the little girl gives up her butterfly wings and falls in a hole only to get buried by and older version of herself
I never realised that's what it meant XD
How we can do it, if we keeping hear them!
I believe the song can have many different meanings for different people. I always have a different image in my mind of what I think the song is about until I see the video.
Thanks for the likes I’m glad y’all appreciate good nostalgic music

My current fave. I'm crying, I can relate. I'm still waiting for the day that I'll get my own shovel, to dig a deep hole and bury my own castle of imaginations, then bring it to real life.
Funny how this song's very essense resonates more with you as you grow up and get older and get disillusioned with the real world that you've previously had high hopes for
So, you are a happy child.
exactly
- from Indonesia -
The buildup to the chorus is absolute bliss 👌🏻
In my opinion, the little girl is Hayley as a child. and she has a very bad childhood including her dad abusing her. And now she's grown up, she wants to bury all the sad memory and forget about it.
it was her stepfather.
I thought the story was about running away then it feeling ok at first then it just getting harder but when she wants to come back home they dnt let her back in. *dont attack me for my opinion please lol*
derick majors Why should we?
It's her way of burying the past. Seems correct.
not sure how u got about being abused but yeah lel
I'm so glad I had older cousins they showed me Paramore when I was like 6 and we used to listen to everyone of there songs now I'm 14 and I get emotional listening to this

the exact same happened to me 😶 except it was my sister
Same 4 me except my mum
God bless your older cousins for introducing you to Paramore.
I can't help but feel that there's a deeper meaning to this song that I'm missing
Childhood trauma, and the desire to escape from those memories
The things aren't as we want these.
to me this seems like mind control
Monarch programming
Paramore's first song that made me fall in love.
I've been replaying their songs these past few hours. God do I miss them
But....they are still making music....you mean their old style?
I loved how the colors helped represent the two sides of the story in the music video. like Hayley was in the magical fantasy land and the little girl 's world then fell apart causing her to be burried. to me, the song is about the loss of child like innocence, hence Hayley burring the girl and throwing the toy towards the hole
I rather thought the 'castle' represented the scary and dark things, as it made the little girl cry and run away, and that the little girl represents 'Hayley's past', and thus the act of 'burying the castle' symbolizes burying all the negative things from the past in order to live in the now and be positive.
"You build up a world of magic because your real life was tragic."
My High School Emo Fucking Days I remember I was bullied at school and my parents were going through separation having to go home to them always fighting and throwing stuff around and then at school my classmates were doing shit to me and my assignments. I was trying to escape my fucking reality back then.

I like how Hayley clapping at the end looks kinda like her dusting off her hands after digging the hole. Nice little touch.
But she didnt even touch the shovel throughout the whole video :/
This song means soooo much to me,
It came on the tv right after the break up with the mother of my kid. I had to learned to play it. When my daughter was just a baby in her pack-n-play. I would play it for her and sing it while she bounced around in it. I would have hidden tears in my eyes while playing while she did. Now that she is older. I still play it and it has new meaning. This song is powerful af

Usually songs names are the most repeated line so this song could easily be called "Go Get Your Shovel" or "To Bury the Castle"
That completely depends on what type of music it is. Pop songs are normally named like that but bands like The Devil Wears Prada names their songs in a completely different way.
Eliza Madden Or Swords, Dragons and Diet Coke.
That's a christian song
um? HELLO the obvious band. FALL OUT BOY HAS THE CRAZIEST SONG NAMES
calum swift Panic at the Disco. That is all.
Kasatka Tilikum totally forgot about ones like "Lying is the best fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off". On my phone I didn't want my mom seeing the name of the song so on itunes I changedthe name to Panic!
I haven't heard this song in like 12 years. I can't describe the blast of 2010 nostalgia that just hit me when I saw this video in an old Much Music countdown
