Looking to get into this VLM system. I have a rotary machine but its not 175rpm I think its a little slower, would that work or do I really need the 175rpm set up? Thanks man for what you are doing.
Just had my first customer question the outcome of the quality when I started with an older carpet extractor. Wasn't a low quality machine just older model and he was just one of those customers where you can't please no matter what. He stated if he would have known it was an older one he wouldn't have wanted to pay as much and it won't get the dirt out.. I told him the end result would be the same regardless, a clean sofa and carpet. For customers like this I always just ask them it's what I'm using and if they will still want the service. I'm ok turning away a customer who can't be satisfied. It's not worth the headache. Of course i try my best to explain the level of detail I will put into the cleaning and may even feel inclined to give a bigger discount if they need more work done. 😅 .

Use a bonnet. Cotton or microfiber. The pads you used in the video are usually used for hard floor scrubbing. I might be wrong, but that’s what I see from the video.

@@HealthyGuitarPlayer the pad absorbs the chemicals. We use encapsulation method carpet cleaning.
