Use a bonnet. Cotton or microfiber. The pads you used in the video are usually used for hard floor scrubbing. I might be wrong, but that’s what I see from the video.

I have done some carpet cleaning and my biggest question is how dry should you leave the carpet and how do you get it dry before you finish a job
VLM dries within 10 to 15 mins

Nope! This is low moisture cleaning.
