In case anyone is wondering why Plazibat and JBS aren't fighting during COLLISION 4: Glory wants them to fight without any contractual obligation that the winner goes against Rico. So both Plazibat and JBS risk their ranking being degraded without any upside except "yeah MAYBE you can fight Rico next ;-)". That's because in case Badr or Overeem do really well, GLORY can still put them against Rico even though it would make no sense ranking wise. And when will Rico fight? In 2023, after ONE AND A HALF YEAR of being inactive and not doing any title defenses. In the meantime he fights at some DJ party against a washed out Hesdy Gerges outside of GLORY. Sad!
