Nowadays, Ather is going downhill, any issues now everything in customer's head with a term product abuse, belt breakage, cone set issues, quality has gone downhill with Gen 3 and Gen 3.1 and nothing is premium with charger refund which is taking endless time

I have been riding for past 2 years. Pros: excellent rideability, super comfort, no vibration, service only needed after 5000 km. No need for petrol or oil change, useful features Cons: maps started failing after a year. No resolution from the company even after 30 emails (over 6 months) and phone calls apart from that. I gave up on that finally. That was my most required feature. Once sales is over, they treat you like trash. Service isn't costly, but towards 2nd service, there was a squeaking sound and they asked to change bearing which apparently costed around 4000😢 So we have no clue as to the cost of spare parts. As long as the vehicle runs smoothly, no need to worry. But when when a problem comes, either there is no support, or the spare parts are beyond our limits. The 3rd gen is overpriced. I had purchased the full option vehicle for 1.48, the same price is there for the base version without all the useful features.

Any electric scooter lesser than 100km of range that's use less. We will never get 105 km of range in ather. I have ola s1 pro.i charge it once in a week it gives me 130 km of range in sports mode. He has not told any disadvantage of ather.
Nah bro I get about 110 on my gen 3.1 , truerange is what you'll extract from that particular mode on top speed limited to that mode , my daily commute is about 45-50 kms and speed is about 45-55kmh , and I get that range in ride mode 🫶
@@sureshchoudhary3846 turn on smart eco for day to day traffic and in city riding And remember the true range you see is what you'll get if and only if you ride in the top speed of the particular mode . If you trun on sports mode and yet ride in about 40-55 kmph you'll easily get around 98-110 kms . I would suggest go for smart eco or Ride mode for maximum range and usable speed for city and for highway or open road ride or sport will just do the job and your projected range in the app is what you'll be getting at the end of the day based on your riding style ( mine is different than the others ) , I usually ride in around 55-60kmph and get about 98-107 km range on single charge

In terms of service and customer support Ola is by far the worst in the industry. I had booked an Ola S1 Pro 1st Gen on the 6th of Sept 2023 White color. The dealership guys told me after 7-10 days that White color will take very long to get it delivered therefore there are only two options available i.e. Black and Grey. I chose Grey. On the Ola App, My delivery date was 7 October but Neither Ola Support provided me any help nor the dealership guys. I didn't get any single update on My order even after the delivery date. Had I not contacted the dealership guys I wouldn't have got a single update from Ola. While booking I had gone to the Ola dealership in order to get a better assistance. After sale services of Ola are horrible and even my pre sale experience was a nightmare. I was thinking of booking the Ather top model but in My City (Guwahati), Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 is bank for bucks. Because of My horrible experience I've cancelled the Ola. I'm waiting for a better option in the market as newer EV's are getting launched and I suppose they'll be much more reliable. Thereby if you got time in your hand then I'd advise you to hold on and wait for much better options as I'm doing the same. Rest it's up to you.
Aaj ke tarikh me ather koi bevakuf ya phir andha bhakt hi lega almost 2 lakh me sirf 70km ka range. Ha par duniya me bevkufo ki Kami nahi he ek dhundo hazar milte he ather owners ko dekh ke public literally hasti he 😂😂😂😂
