I dont think thats a 25th anniversary unit. Usually 25th anniversary units are done with heritage paint liveries & or logos, not a non-profit public safety organization. I think that that C44-9W GP38-2, or SD40-2 is NS's recognition to the Operation Lifesaver. If I remember correctly NS had one or two anniversary SD40-2's in heritage paint, & a Mearsk commemorative SD40-2. Most of NS's Heritage fleet are the 30th Anniversary units, such as your 8025 on your user picture, CSX/CSXT did not enter the "heritage fleet" theater until very recently (Thank Kentucky Steam Corp), & BNSF never got rid of them. UP does not get a count because they showed up to the bank and said "(railroad) is mine now", & only had 844 as a "public relations", unlike the 4014.
