Hi Don. My first thought was the voltage regulator. The BCM is mostly the monitor of the electrical systems, flues pump and a lot,of other things. I didn’t know if could act similar to the Voltage regulator. It does make sense as the BCM. Controls tip overs. Since your bike is under warranty did you have any issues with the changes you made and the Harley warranty ?

I actually changed the voltage reg a week after this happened. Still didn’t fix the problem. It’s fixed now ! Picking it u tomorrow 😁
