Des cailles grillées au barbecue,
Le fait de les mariner c'est vraiment un délice 😋
Ingrédients :
Cailles bien lavées avec de sel et de vinaigre.
Huile de table.
Gingembre.
Poivre.
Sel.
Herbes de Provence.
Épices barbecue. Sauce soja.
Laissez mariner toute une nuit au réfrigérateur.
Cailles a la moutarde sur un lit de batavia un vrai délice 👇👇

Ingredients:
Quails well washed with salt and vinegar. Table oil. Ginger. Pepper. Salt. Herbs of Provence. Barbecue spices. Soya sauce. Leave to marinate overnight in the fridge.

La saveur et les délices que nous a apporté l'aid elle adha,sont encore dans ma bouche et mes narines..mais ta recette toute simple et ces écailles magnifiquement préparée et magnifiquement grillées m'ont mis l'eau à la bouche , un vrai supplice, il va falloir que je parte à la chasse aux écailles.
