You will be able to make presentation and report on the tab s9fe but it cannot be used with a projector or an external display. According to me you should buy a laptop with minimum intel i5. It will have far more capabilities than a tablet. You can buy a tablet as a secondary device if you already have a laptop or a desktop.
@@-vh6xs i do have a laptop but since childhood i have grown up with a tablet so for me its best to get a tablet capable of basic computer features (yes i know i wont get the full pc experience) but for now i need the dex thing for my basic microsoft office work

I got the TAB S9 FE & installed the WhatsApp, but when I try to Link it to my Laptop, I don't have any option to Link Devices NEED HELP PLEASE I have Fold 5 & Galaxy Note 9 I'm able to do that from Phones but not from the Tab
