Meena Kumari's mother was a Christian stage actor who's father was a journalist. Meena Kumaris father from Pakistan married and made her muslim aganist her will probably, and gave Muslim name. He wanted Son but got two daughters. Kamal Amrohi was married and had children when he again secretly married innocent Meena Kumari. This Polygamy of Muslims must stop in India by law. One law for all people to stop this total deceptions! All Muslims boys are told to marry non-Muslim and make them Muslim against their will. Such case should be prosecuted in Court of Law. Film Narrative initially is good and Giridharlal, one of the patient we feel heartfelt sorry. There is no scope for anybody else to act including hero and heroine. Both of them are top actors!. Director is only seen when we see how Meena Kumari held her friends hand so tight that there were bruises marks of fingers!👏
In the end director tried to copy song into a visual by Andhi, Deep, Panime, Aag Laga Dee. Typical Indian masala film, fragile story, many songs and dances, dream sequence and suicidal driving! What can you expect from people who copy everything and feel pride, just like game of cricket!

It is because both are shying to meet face to face alone.
They both desired each other's love for long and the circumstance was very conducive for them to come together that night, yet they both were fighting hard to control their desperation and not fall from their morals as he was a married man. Very beautiful acting, beautiful direction and great message.
