Thank you. For me these instructions make an overlooked movement easier to see and understand. I liken it to the Director's Cut of a movie, or Bonus Features of a DVD - those of us who like the extras really get a kick out of it.
The first twirly movement comes from the Chinese bow. They do it with both hands. I believe it's their version of naote. The second move feels like a very advanced technique in application. Seems like you deflect a one-two and respond with your own. Or the first wrist movement might be a deflect after which you grab the opponent and then throw him. I haven't gotten to that kata yet but it was still very interesting! Thank you!
Many thanks! been dealing with the movement I founded difficult for a time until I saw your video
Franco, I'm glad it helps with the movement for you.
Wonderful, as always. Your videos are like spending time with a hacker helping us to understand the deeper levels of code of kata.
And hopefully more to come next weekend😀

I like "Director's Cut".
Really looks like one side of a grappling exercise, you circle and drive forward to wrap up or underhook their arms.
Yes, good insight.
Sensei, God Bless you and yours. Your instructional videos have even more inspired me to move back home and train. Respectfully . Robert
Hope you realize that goal
Excellent explain
Glad you liked it
