Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Keyboard Sonata in B flat Major was composed in 1783 in Linz, giving it the nickname “Linz Sonata.” Considered by some to be the most beautiful sonata in piano literature, Mozart combines lyrical melodies, virtuosic passages, humour, and a touch of darker drama in this piano sonata.
