pendulum magician needs its own boss monster hoping in the form of a odd eyes card cause let's be real odd eyes needs a self reliant cards for its own archetype also xyz synchro and fusion gate would boost the deck so people can finally summon odd eyes wing instead of using absolutes or pendulumgraph effects

I was wondering if anyone else ran into that issue. I ended up cutting down to just Ash Blossom and Called by the Grave as well in favor of making room for more pendulum cards to help avoid brick hands.
These comments explain part of the reason Pendulum Magician is not meta. If a deck can't afford to run a high amount of handtraps without bricking, then it can't compete.
@@Luzbel809 Well yeah, pendulum decks are generally glass cannons. On the flip side if I play through or my opponent doesn't have the needed handtraps to stop me they're dead. Pendulum end boards are way more oppressive then your typical meta deck 😅
Sry too say this. I clicked on this video too lern a tiny bit more about pend magician, cause i lern dracoslayer now. This video didn't help me in the slightest, this was waisted time.
King Gate Magician is actually a support card for the Z-Ark archetype Anyway: Pens Magician is mostly used as an engine along with other strategies (usually Odd-Eyes) if memory serves basically P.M has good scales but they are destroyed if the remaining pendulum zone is not another card of the archetype. They have pretty decent continuous spells/traps and basically the extra deck is a usual mix of pendulum staple cards plus some Odd Eyes/Pend Dragons cards
@@tiredphantom3627 thanks for explaining but that's not what i mean. In the video the only thing u see is handtrap gaming ending on a Apollo or S:P. Nothing else, nothing interesting too lern, nothing that shows what the deck can actually do really.

Pendulum is both frustrating and fun to use, this deck shows that. Wish it was Endymion though.
