Yes, Master Peace is unaffected by card effects but Synchro Zone affects *players* not monsters. ("Neither *player* can declare attacks, except with Synchro Monsters.") So Master Peace would be unable to attack. I'm not 100% sure if Fire Prison affects monsters or players since it says "Monsters cannot attack, except Link Monsters."

I played something like this years ago with Exodia, Countdown, and Self-Destuct Button. It was the best worst deck ever. I went Game 7 in a tournament once because I kept getting the button (I did lose). That shit will never happen ever again.
