Tried this recipe and the tart shell taste great! For me, the cheese filling is actually the double portion of tart shell (I get 30 shells) , so I need to redo another round of tart shell to not wasting the filling, glad it tastes good! Thankyou for sharing good recipe!

But when I add up and divide the total weight it seems to yield around 20 shells or if it should yield 30 shells the actual weight of each shell is around 17g. 522/25=20.9 or 522/30=17.4. Can you please let me know how many were made with these quantities? Since the video only showed 9 tarts being baked.

Cheese tarts can be eaten chilled, re-heated or fresh. But I always recommend them to be eaten fresh and warm from the oven!
