Visiting the abandon Kmart and BigLots store in McAllen TX!

The Kmart and BigLots next to the expressway near the Mall in McAllen Tx has been closed since April 11th, 2020 due to the company going bankrupt. BigLots closed I believe due to slow business. The Kmart kept all its signs on the building but were painted over with white paint but sometimes you can still see the red from the sign. I decided to document the building while the signs were still up just in case in to future they took them down. From what I can see it was empty and the garden center’s walls were in bad shape. Some of the lights were kept on inside Kmart and you can even the the fitting rooms and restroom signs in the back of the store. Enjoy the video and have a good day!
