@@KardyisMid boxing is not just swinging your hands its a game like chess.You gotta learn the proper form and technique and how to outsmart the opponent.Also u will need to spar against other boxers to develop your cardio and practise your defense which is 50% of boxing.You cant just learn to box just by hitting a punching bag and with no coach to lead u in the right direction

One thing I love about Deens boxing is that he likes to mix up lots of different styles. Just because you have a European hands up style, does not mean that you can’t learn the philly shell style or the hands down style. It’s the boxer who uses all of these to his advantage who becomes great 😃
