This is really helpful, you got all the situations, really helpful for a wrestling dummie like me, I always try to wrestle as a whitebelt but I get smoked trying the double leg.
@tru3pain211 I'm glad you find it helpful. I really like the sweep single because it's lower risk than the double leg (in jiujitsu) and there are a lot more options. Let me know if there's anything I can create to help you more on your journey!
great video bro. also really liked your low risk video, even though I knew a lot of the moves, but I want to see more of that stuff from high level wrestlers. Often times when I see people come from a high level wrestling background, they show techniques that of course work at a very high level, but it's often that very "wrestler style" stuff, you know, very low to the ground, seems like high risk and stuff. Im just not that comfortable with the low to the ground stuff and risking having someone's weight on me if I fail the shot, even though I know how to peak out, drag out etc. etc., I'd just rather avoid it. Sorry for ranting.
Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate it. I'm focused on teaching more of that stuff right now to my jiujitsu friends so I'll definitely share more here
